Jamestown Area Medical Associates is pleased to announce the opening of our new physician office laboratory, Southern Tier Medical Laboratory (MED Lab), to better serve your health care needs.

MED Lab, which is located in the former WCA Hospital Outpatient Lab in the Riverwalk Center building, Suite 230, (see map on reverse side of card) offers convenient hours to accommodate your busy schedule.

We look forward to serving you.

Please be informed that our current Lab certification only allows us to serve those patients with a valid lab order from a JAMESTOWN AREA MEDICAL ASSOCIATES (JAMA) physician. We apologize for any inconvenience. Thank You.
