As an employer in Southern Chautauqua County and Northwestern Pennsylvania, Jamestown Area Medical Associates, LLP is committed to supporting our local not-for-profit organizations.  Each year, JAMA sponsors and supports many worthwhile programs and events.  In 2011, JAMA sponsored the following organizations and events.

The Salvation Army - Wherever need exists in Jamestown and Chautauqua County, The Salvation Army's Red Shield is a solid, reputable symbol of hope to people struggling with adversity.

Meeting people at their point of need and communicating the love of God through practical expressions of compassion is the mission of The Salvation Army.

Hospice Chautauqua County - Hospice Chautauqua County's mission is to provide education and comfort care for the end stages of life. Our medical professionals, staff and volunteers provide medical treatment to reduce pain and improve quality of life, as well as social services, pastoral and spiritual care, bereavement counseling and assistance with other sensitive matters.

If your organization is interested in submitting a request for funding, please print out our “Community Sponsorship/Charitable Request Form” and mail it to the address listed on the form.  Requests are reviewed on a case by case basis as they are received.
